WHAT TYPE OF HAIR DO YOU USE?

We only use human top quality Raw/Virgin hair.

WHAT IS DENSITY?

Density is defined as how thick or thin the hair on your lace wig will be. Our standard density wigs start at 180% density we also offer 200% 

HOW SHOULD I WEAR MY HAIR UNDER THE WIG?

Your hair should be cornrowed to ensure the flattest and most natural wig application. For lace closure wigs, we recommend parting your hair where you would like the part on the closure to lay down from there. Small-med straight-back cornrows with the ends sewn up and flat are recommended for frontal wigs.

HOW LONG DO THE UNITS LAST?

Our Wigs can last 13 -24 months+ with proper care. 

No swimming, minimal sleeping in wigs.

CAN I SEW THE WIG DOWN?

All of our wigs can be easily sewn down.

Do you offer KNOT BLEACHING?

No, we do not perform knot bleaching as a service. We believe that bleaching knots can compromise the strength of knots to be weakened resulting in the balding of the wig. At times, some color schemes can cause the knots to be lightened from the initial coloring process, but we do not alter the color of the wig knots as a service.

Should you choose to bleach the knots or alter the wigs in any way, please note that we are not responsible for that wig's outcome once you have received a wig from us.

Do you cut the lace before shipping?

No, we do not cut the lace of the wig before shipping. The lace you receive from us is fully intact from the factory where it was manufactured.

What are your shipping times?

Our Maximum Handling Time is: 1-3 Business days(MONDAY - FRIDAY)

We provide Standard Shipping, Estimated Delivery: 3 to 5 Business days (MONDAY - FRIDAY)* (in regular seasons).Shipment is proceeded by UPS. Kindly note below: P.O Box is not acceptable. Customized wigs may require additional processing time, and the estimated timeframe will be communicated during the ordering process.

How do I place an order?

Simply choose your style from the menu choice on the product page then click the “ADD TO CART” button and follow the simple steps to complete your order. We’ll prepare your order and send you an order confirmation email.

I placed an order, but I didn't receive a confirmation email... What's going on?

Kindly check your Spam or Junk folder to see if your confirmation email was sent there. If you are still unable to find it please shoot us a line under "Contact Us" section of our site.

I ordered multiple items. Why did I only receive one?

Often, when you order multiple items we utilize different distribution channels. As such, many times each item will be shipped separately. You may receive one item before the next. So don't panic if you don't receive all of your items at once…they will get to you!

How secure is my personal information?

Our store meets all 6 categories of PCI compliance standards; meaning we adhere to the highest industry standards in order to protect your personal information when you checkout and purchase from our online store.

Additionally, every page of our store uses SSL encryption technology to protect our shoppers. You can verify this by looking up at your browser address bar and seeing "https://" in front of our web address and the padlock icon as well. This ensures that ALL data is encrypted and secure while browsing and shopping our store and that nothing gets out.

What about custom fees?

This depends on the laws of your country. We strive to avoid this, however we are not responsible for any custom fees once the items have shipped. By purchasing our products, you consent that one or more packages may be shipped to you and may get custom fees when they arrive to your country.

Can i cancel my order?

Please e-mail us as soon as possible if you wish to change or cancel your order. Note that once the item has been fulfilled and marked as shipped, we are not able to make any changes or cancellations to your order.

Does Jazzy Curls hair guarantee delivery time?

Because the post office handles your shipment, we cannot guarantee the exact time of delivery. However, we will give you an idea of when the package will arrive. We suggest you to make orders 3-5 days in advance thus you will have sufficient time for shipping.

What if my order delivery was delayed?

We definitely will deliver your order in time under normal circumstances. While, shipping delays may occur due to holidays, natural disasters, or carrier delays. Please keep in mind holidays do not count as a business day and should be considered when calculating shipping times.  

Can I return it if does not fit?

Yes, we accept returns on our stock wigs for 7 days and other hair products for 14 Days. We aim to ensure customers are 100% happy ahead of purchase to avoid the need for a return. All returns must be within the Return Policy guidelines and will incur a restock fee. For full details please read our Return Policy.
